CarGenius is a vehicle search and intelligence platform that helps users find and evaluate vehicles. We provide:

  • AI-powered vehicle search across dealer inventory
  • Intelligence scores (Deal Quality, Regret Probability, Buyer Fit, Total Cost of Ownership)
  • Vehicle comparisons and analysis
  • Integration with third-party platforms

User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of vehicle information
  • The availability or reliability of our intelligence scores
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The accuracy of any pricing or market data

Our scores and recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARGENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Subscriptions and Payments

If you subscribe to a premium plan:
